Description
The Chalet Baník is situated centrally in the Slovak Paradise which is located in Čingov - Spišská Nová Ves.
Recreational possibilities:
In summer Čingov is a starting point for hiking and mountainbiking into the valleys and canons of the Slovak Paradise. The River Hornád offers possibilities for rafting. In winter the visitors can go hiking and crosscountry skiing. Downhill skiing is also available for inexperienced skiers.
Accommodation:
The total capacity is 22 beds on two floors. We offer rooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds. There are bathrooms on each floor. There is a big hall with a fireplace.
Board:
is not offered, but visitors can use the kitchen with complete equipment for selfcatering. The visitors can also use the restaurant which is 600 m from the chalet.
Transport:
You can take the bus from Spišská Nová Ves to Čingov, the train from Spišská Nová Ves to Smižany or Spišské Tomášovce, or use your own car or just walk.
